Graham is the Head of Investment, International and Innovation at Glasgow City Council, and has worked in Economic Development for almost ten years. He has a broad range of experience and expertise, having led a number of key areas in the division, including Business Gateway, with his current remit including Invest Glasgow, the Glasgow Film Office, the Green Economy and Climate Finance as well as the Innovation Economy.
