Iain provides overall leadership and management of the Company and is responsible for the development and execution of the Company’s strategies and business plan.
Iain is a Chartered Accountant who has held senior roles management consulting, broadcasting and media, and education sectors. He has led complex and award winning property, technology and business transformation projects with a combined capital value in excess of £1 billion including the BBC HQ at Pacific Quay and the City of Glasgow College’s New Campus.
Iain’s experience covers strategy, finance, risk management, stakeholder management, performance improvement, change management and benefits realisation.
Angeline is responsible for business development, design management, encouraging joint-working and providing support our public sector clients in consolidating initial development ideas into feasible projects. She started her career as an Architect and has 25 years’ experience of project development and construction for both the public and private sectors. Angeline is also responsible for the development of Strategic Support Partnering Services and works with our public sector clients and supply chain to deliver various call-off services.
Kevin is part of the Executive Management Team and is responsible for all operational aspects of project delivery. As a graduate in Civil Engineering, Kevin has over 20 years’ experience within the private sector including bid management and project management of major design and builds projects for various main contractors. Before joining the team he successfully delivered numerous new build developments within the Aviation, Energy, Education and Commercial Sectors.
Susan is the Business Support Manager responsible for the day to day management of the hWS office, whilst providing senior administrative support to the team. She is responsible for the management of the administration team and the financial management of services to and from the business. Susan has extensive Business & Office Management experience, and prior to joining the hub West Scotland team worked as Services Manager with a public sector consumer advocacy organisation
Colin has over 18 years’ experience of providing both Project Management and Quantity Surveying services as both clients representative and as a principal contractor. His industry experience includes working both in the public and private sector across a variety of complex projects. Prior to joining hWS, Colin was a Senior Project Manager in the private sector and worked on a range of projects ranging in value from £5.0m to £25m. He also has 5 years’ Project Management experience of working as a principal contractor. Colin started his career as a Quantity Surveyor and is fully chartered and a member of the RICS.
Scott is a Project Development Manager responsible for the management of individual projects, working with Participants to deliver projects from inception to completion. He has experience in the delivery of projects which include both new build and refurbishment. Scott is a Quantity Surveyor having previously worked in private practice and local authority, developing commercial experience and management of project costs, before moving into Project Management.
Gary is a Senior Project Development Manager and has full responsibility for the delivery of each project from inception to completion. Prior to joining hWS, Gary was a Development Manager with one of the major European construction companies working on a range of public private partnership projects over a 13 year period in both the UK and the Republic of Ireland.
Harmanjit graduated as a Construction Manager and has over 5 years’ experience working in the private sector within the construction industry. Prior to joining the team he worked for a large construction organisation and latterly as an operational manager in the LIFT health centres. As a Senior Project Development Manager for hWS he has full responsibility for each project from inception to completion.
David is a graduate in Building and an incorporated member of the CIOB. He has over 25 years’ experience in Construction and Project Management, delivering projects within the defence, education, retail, commercial, infrastructure and healthcare sectors working with several major UK construction organisations. He is responsible for the technical and quality review of projects during the construction and defects phase.
Francesca originally joined the team as Supply Chain Manager and has progressed into the role of Senior Property Manager, overseeing the operational phases of our DBFM projects. Previously, Francesca was a Commercial Manager with a large FM contractor, supporting the delivery of total FM services to a range of PPP schools contracts across Scotland.
Billy is responsible for the overall management of the hub West Supply Chain, maximising their performance in order to achieve continuous improvement in the delivery of services we provide to our public sector Participants. Billy joined the hub West team from a Commercial Management role with a large FM contractor, supporting the successful and compliant delivery of total FM services to a range of PPP school contracts across Scotland.
Diane is a Project Development Manager and has full responsibility for the delivery of each project from inception to completion. Diane’s career started as a Facilities Manager delivering a Total FM service to PFI funded schools. A Member of the Association for Project Management, Diane has with 15 years Project Management & Consultant experience working in both Public and Private Sectors delivering a variety of high value NHS Health Projects.
Euan is a Project Development Manager and has full responsibility for the delivery of each project from inception to completion. Prior to joining the team, Euan gained extensive experience as a Project Manager for both a construction consultancy and contractor on a wide range of projects across varying sectors. He also has prior Geotechnical Engineering experience having worked for both a civil and structural engineer and major ground investigation contractor.
Fiona is Business Support Officer for the hWS office providing administrative support to the team. Fiona is responsible for the day to day facilitation of invoicing, payments and credit control. She also provides support in the areas of communications, marketing and all other administration functions. Fiona joined the team during 2017, after previously working for a private sector marketing agency.
