The delivery of Community Benefits is an established method for developing social and economic gains for the wider community into project contracts.
hub West Scotland strive to make a positive social and economic impact across all planned investments through maximising sustainable employment, training and business opportunities whilst supporting education services and the communities surrounding the planned investments throughout the West Territory.
We are passionate about the role we play within the community and are dedicated to maximising employment and training opportunities across our programme of projects.
hub West Scotland’s bespoke approach to delivering community benefits is aligned to Scottish Governments priorities and it supports our Clients social and economic objectives. Our approach aims to support; the reduction of youth unemployment, individuals who are mid-long term economically inactive, reduce inequalities, address skills gaps and promote and inspire people into the construction industry. We will achieve this by working in partnership with supply chain members, education and employability partners.
