Faifley Community Campus
The project comprises the design and build of a new community campus in the community of Faifley, West Dunbartonshire which will co-locate and replace existing educational and community facilities.
The new Campus will comprise; a new Edinbarnet Primary School, a new St. Joseph’s Primary School, a new Early Learning and Childcare Centre (ELCC) to replace the existing provisions at Auchnacraig ELCC and Lennox ELCC, Faifley Community Library and Community Spaces; and an Education Resource Centre.
This LEIP 2 funded Passivhaus accredited facility, to be delivered in compliance with the Net Zero Public Sector Buildings Standard (NZPSBS) represents a significant investment that will improve services for local people; reduce on-going maintenance and running costs associated with the existing facilities, and respond to the Scottish Government’s Climate Change Bill which targets net zero emissions of all greenhouse gases by 2045.
