Bellsmyre Primary School is West Dunbartonshire’s first denominational and non-denominational co-located primary school.  It merges together Aitkenbar and St Peter’s Primary Schools, as well as two early learning and childcare centres, into one contemporary new education facility. 

The new school is located adjacent to the newly constructed Our Lady and St Patrick’s High School which was also developed by hub West Scotland.

Both buildings were constructed on challenging, sloping sites.
