Practical Completion of New Dumbarton Office

We are very pleased to advise that Practical Completion formalities were completed for the New Dumbarton Office project last Friday.

This has been a very challenging project renovating a Grade A listed façade and linking it to a modern office extension. Our thanks go to the WDC team and Supply Chain Partners for their commitment to deliver an absolutely outstanding facility. The investment provides a flexible, efficient and inspiring environment for collaborative working for Council staff and elected members; an accessible focal point for the delivery of Council services. Another important dimension is the role of the project as a catalyst for the regeneration of Dumbarton town centre.
