We are delighted that Practical Completion has been achieved on the refurbishment of the East Renfrewshire Council’s Barrhead Offices.
We commend and thank the entire team who have worked diligently and with great skill to manage the challenges arising from refurbishment works in live working environments. Such projects require strong collaboration and very good programming to manage the necessary phased approach.
It has been a real privilege to work alongside East Renfrewshire Council and deliver investment that has created flexible working spaces; greatly enhanced the environment for staff, and addressed needs arising from improvements to services including face-to-face public interactions.
The project team have completed the design and building fit out works to a high standard of quality and particular thanks and congratulations go to the ERC Corporate Landlord & Environment Teams, Space Solutions and Hardies Property & Construction Consultants
