New Community Campus facility for West Dunbartonshire Council
Hub West Scotland is delighted to have been appointed by West Dunbartonshire Council to deliver a new community campus facility which will see a significant investment in the Faifley Community.
The new facilities will comprise two primary schools; ASN provision; a nursery and community facilities including a library.
Our appointment recognises the powerful combination of value for money and technical capabilities that we offer, and which are required to deliver this ambitious project.
Key features include a Passivhaus design that responds to the Scottish Government’s Learning Estate Improvement Programme criteria which embraces energy efficiency; lifecycle management; digitally enabled learning and inclusive economic growth.
We are pleased to confirm that Morrison Construction has been selected as the main contractor for the project. They join the hub team which includes Holmes Miller Architects; Sussed Sustainability; Atelier Ten; Cowal Design Consultants and Faithful+Gould.
