Kilmardinny House Shortlisted for Civic Building of the Year and SPACES Award

We are delighted that our project with East Dunbartonshire Council for the rejuvenation of Kilmardinny House has been shortlisted for Civic Building of the Year and SPACES Award.

The £2.73m project was delivered by our Supply Chain partners Mast (Architect), Clark Contracts (Principal Contractor,) Armour (QS), TJP Landscape Architects, Fairhurst (Structural), and Henderson Warnock (M & E).

The original A-listed building has undergone internal refurbishment producing multi-functional rooms and facilities, creating a small studio and a new platform lift to increase accessibility.  A new garden pavilion extension was added to provide a modern, flexible space which can accommodate a range of activities, events and weddings.
