Financial Close: Possilpoint Community Centre
The hub West Scotland team are delighted to have supported Possilpark People’s Trust in achieving financial close for the refurbishment of the Possilpoint Community Centre in Glasgow. This was made possible following the recent completion of a community asset transfer of the building from Glasgow City Council.
The project represents a significant investment by the Scottish Government, Glasgow City Council, The Garfield Trust, The Robertson Trust, The Cloth Workers Fund and the Corum Fund and we join the Trust in thanking all funders for their support.
Fleming Buildings have now commenced works with completed targeted before the end of 2026.
This project will provide a welcoming, flexible and more energy efficient facility that will better support this vibrant local community within its existing home.
