We are thrilled to advise that Financial Close on the Barrhead Office Refurbishment project was achieved on Monday January 15th, and we are very much looking forward to the delivery stage of this significant project for our partners, East Renfrewshire Council. The project has now commenced on site with an anticipated completion date of all the phases during the summer of 2024.
This development is designed to maximise the potential of the Barrhead Offices by creating a flexible agile working space and enhance the working environment for staff. The redesign of the reception area and customer cash hall is to provide a more welcoming sense of arrival to the building and to respond to the changing demand for face-to-face public interactions.
