Financial Close: East Renfrewshire Council Headquarters
We have the great pleasure confirming that financial close was achieved on the East Renfrewshire Council Headquarters Refurbishment project with our partner, East Renfrewshire Council (ERC).
It represents a significant investment by ERC towards creating a welcoming and pleasant working environment for the authority’s existing and future staff and follow on from the previously completed refurbishment works at Barrhead.
Construction has commenced and is due to be completed in summer 2026.
A suite of social investment activities is being executed through the project focused on apprenticeships, school mentoring, work experience opportunities and community engagement.
