Dumbarton Council Office Finalist in the Scottish Property Awards 2019

We are delighted that Dumbarton Council Office has been shortlisted for the Scottish Property Awards 2019, in the categories Architectural Excellence Award (Commercial), Architectural Excellence Award (Public) and Regeneration Project of the Year. The £15.5m project for our Participant, West Dunbartonshire Council, included the renovation of the Grade A listed façade and a new modern office extension. The investment provides a flexible, efficient and inspiring environment for collaborative working for Council staff and elected members; an accessible focal point for the delivery of Council services. Another important dimension is the role of the project as a catalyst for the regeneration of Dumbarton town centre.
