hub West Scotland, in partnership with NHSGGC, created a bespoke community investment programme for local people in Parkhead, the site of their contemporary new health and care centre. One of the many programmes delivered was the Education Programme with students from local schools. The students worked with the design team to design, cost and engineer real projects for local assisted special needs schools. Main contractor BAM supported the students to build the projects and prepared the students for apprenticeship opportunities with their supply chain on the project.
