hub West Scotland is delighted to confirm that financial close has been achieved for the next site in East Dunbartonshire Council’s Affordable Housing Investment Programme Phase 2 (AHIP2).
Works to deliver 50 new Passivhaus certified homes for social rent at the Cleddans site in Kirkintilloch will commence imminently.
We look forward to the delivery of these energy efficient family homes and the local jobs, apprenticeships and training opportunities that will be created as part of the project.
