We are delighted that Practical Completion was achieved on the refurbishment of the Headquarters building with our partner, East Renfrewshire Council on Friday 7th August 2026.
We commend and thank the entire team who have worked diligently and with great skill to manage the challenges that existing buildings present, and the collaborative approach to integrate the client direct works into the overall project.
It has been a real privilege to work alongside East Renfrewshire Council to deliver a high-quality building that creates a space that has flexibility to allow growth as the council continues to evolve, and provides staff with a warm and comfortable place of work.
