Adult Learning Community Hub

The project comprises the design and build of a new Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) Adult Learning Community Hub (ALCH), which will replace the existing Fitzgerald Centre on Lynedoch Street, now considered unsuitable and situated too far from essential leisure, transport, educational, sports facilities and local shopping facilities.

The new hub will accommodate up to a maximum of 50 service users and associated staffing. It will facilitate the current needs of users and provide for future emerging demand, to be flexible, promote multi-disciplinary integrated working practices providing enhanced dignity and privacy for those who use the service.
