Crosslet House Care Home receives top scores in Care Inspectorate visit
The bespoke design which sets out a new care model at Crosslet House Care Home for West Dunbartonshire Council opened last summer. The £13.1m facility is now well established and since the residents moved in there has been significant efforts from both staff and residents to make Crosslet House a place where people feel comfortable, have their needs met and families’ feel confident about the care and support being provided.
This has been reflected in a recent Care Inspectorate visit that has recognised the success of the new facility. The Care Home has received a full set of top scores for: quality of care and support; quality of environment; quality of staffing and quality of management and leadership. The Day Services have also been inspected and they also have achieved the same excellent top classification.
hWS are proud to have delivered this facility for the council and delighted to see that the quality of the design and service model allows the team at Crosslet House to deliver a top class service to the residents.
